At R/GA, we created film and digital content celebrating Shield being both the Official Deodorant of the Springboks and the 2015 Rugby World Cup

The film tells the story of Thebe, a passionate Boks fan on a frantic journey across Soweto with his set of ladders, to catch his beloved team play.

Like many South Africans, the destination is his local, packed Shebeen. It’s here that Thebe and his friends watch the game from the best seats in the house - the roof.

Shot in Kliptown, it captures the rawness and colour of Soweto, as well as the immense passion the nation shares for Rugby.
